Being located next to Windmark Beach allows for miles of paved trails and boardwalks for bike riding and walking with no vehicle traffic. Downtown Windmark is also within walking distance.
This home was recently purchased by the owner of our McCosh Beach gulf front vacation rental home on Cape San Blas and has been ungraded and updated a great deal already. New carpet throughout home, new living room and dining room furniture, along with brand new king and bunk mattresses / box springs and all new bedding and linen have already been added. Additionally, the kitchen has been fully stocked with about anything one would need for meal preparation. Interior walls of home were freshly painted in late 2011.
Cottage by the Sea has a great layout. The first level up from the entry has 3 brms - 1 gulf front king master with private full bath and 1 gulf front queen room, both of these rooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to a gulf front deck. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Bunks, the queen and bunk room share a full bath. The Laundry area is also located on this level.
The next level is your open living, dining and kitchen which leads out to a large covered deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the front of the home has lots of glass so the gulf and sunset views can be enjoyed inside, as well as on the decks. There is also a 1/2 bath on this floor.

Attention all nature lovers, bird and wildlife watchers and my personal favorite, those who LOVE TO FISH!! The months of Sept, Oct and Nov are absolutely Awesome times to visit the St Joe beach and Gulf County, Fl. Both Surf and Offshore Fishing are usually great in the fall; no kidding, sometimes you will get tired of catching them and put the pole down to go stroll.
Activities and Attractions: -- Watching Sunsets from the decks, inside the home or on the beach. Walking on the quiet beach, shelling, dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoing, hiking, bird watching, nature loving. Water sports rentals are available right on Cape San Blas. Golf is within 20 minutes, Choose from a multitude of great dining locations within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Numerous Charter Fishing operators from 10 to 30 minutes.
