Dandy Dune is an end unit that is only only 100 steps (200 feet) to the gulf front pool, clubhouse and beach walkover. When staying in Dandy Dune, you'll find that you're in a great central location for easy access to all the recreational amenities that Barrier Dunes offers, as well as just a very short stroll to the pristine beaches that Cape San Blas is famous for.

Dandy Dune is a nicely furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that sleeps 6 in beds, 8 in total.  It has 3 decks, two that front a Koi pond for relaxing views of  fresh and salt water. This pond also creates more space between Dandy Dune and the units it faces than many BD townhomes have, giving you more privacy. The third back side deck also has a good view of the gulf between two Gulf Front units.

Dandy Dunes kitchen is well furnished,-  Bed and bath linens are provided and if you have a little vacationer, we also have a crib and high chair for your use so you don't need to rent a moving truck to bring all the babies needs.  There is also a gate on the living room deck that can be locked for the safety of your small children and pets.

3 TV's, 2 VCR's, DVD, Stereo, boom box, deck furniture, free high speed internet access, free long distance phone service; and for the sand between your toes time, there are beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach items stored in a closet under the unit.
