Desiderata  -  Brand new 3 bedroom beach home with good views of the Gulf of Mexico. Just put on the vacation rental market in May 2008. All furnishings are brand new as of that date.  Desiderata sleeps 8 in beds, 10 in total.

This very cute and cozy beach home is decorated in rich beach colors and the final touches are now being completed. Desiderata is on a Sat to Sat weekly rental schedule and we are offering reduced pricing during it's first year as a vacation rental.


Desiderata's layout is one of the best. The entry level has 3 bedrooms.  The King Master BR and Queen BR face the gulf of mexico with sliding glass doors that lead out to a large covered deck.  The bunk room, laundry area and an additional full bathroom are also located on this level.

Go up to the next level and the entire floor is your living, dining and kitchen areas, this level also has a 1/2 bath.  Another large glass door on this level leads to an extra large deck that has a covered area, as well as sun areas.  There are plenty of chairs and deck furniture on this deck so you can eat outside and enjoy the sound of the surf. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space.

This home offers all the amenities one would need to have a relaxing beach vacation.  There are new plasma TV's in all the bedrooms and a very large plasma TV and DVD player in the living room.  The kitchen is well stocked with all new appliances and kitchen wear and there is lots of cabinet space, as well as a pantry to store of the goodies you'll bring along for your beach vacation.  

Desiderata also offers free wireless DSL internet service and free long distance on the phone so that you can easily stay in contact with home, friends and work (yuk) if need be.  Bed and bath linens are also provided.
