"Emerald Isle" is a Great Gulf View home that has almost the identical room layout as our very popular Avalon Beach home. There is a great view of the gulf to the west southwest and south overlooking undeveloped land. You can enjoy the sounds of the surf as you watch the waves lap up onto the White Sand beach from all the decks, in the living room, while enjoying a meal in dining room or from any of the bedrooms. All the main living areas / rooms face the Gulf and have large windows and glass doors to enhance the views of the gulf from inside the home.

Not only does Emerald Isle have Great Views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach area to the south and southwest, after you walk the few steps down to the beach, if you turn left, you can easily find your own private spot for beach day activities.

Emerald Isle has never been on the rental market prior to June 07 and is newly decorated by a professional decorator with all new furnishings, 37 inch plasma TV in the living room, 32 in plasma TV in Master # 1, all new linens, small kitchen appliances, kitchen wear, etc..  Everything in this home is brand new as of June 07 and the home is beautiful inside and very comfortable.

Located just 1/2 mile from the entrance to St Josephs State Park, it is located in one of the most desirable areas on the Cape.

All four bedrooms face the gulf and it has a Private King Master Suite on the third floor with it's own private deck. On the main BR floor is a queen master suite, along with a bedroom furnished with 2 sets of bunks and another room with a queen Murphy bed.

The large living and dining areas also face the Gulf and it has a table to seat 8, and 4 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is over  stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay on Cape San Blas famed beaches.

And for those special little beach visitors, Emerald Isle also has a high chair and crib.


Once you're on the decks and see the views and color of the gulf water, you'll know what inspired the name Emerald Isle.

Attention all nature lovers, bird and wildlife watchers and my personal favorite, those who LOVE TO FISH!! The months of Sept, Oct and Nov are absolutely Awesome for these activities. Both Surf and Offshore Fishing are unbelievably great in the fall; no kidding, sometimes you will get tired of catching them and put the pole down to go stroll.



Activities and Attractions: -- Watching Sunsets from the decks, inside the home or on the beach. Walking on the deserted beach to the north, shelling, dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoing, hiking, bird watching, nature loving. Water sports rentals are available right on Cape San Blas. Golf is within 20 minutes, Choose from a multitude of great dining locations within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Numerous Charter Fishing operators from 10 to 30 minutes.

Spring  --  $2100  (some non-peak weeks are discounted)
Summer  --  $2900
Fall   --   $1500 to $2000 a week depending on peak fall periods
