Ocean Breeze's main Living Room is Gulf Front, as is it's Dining Room.  And in Ocean Breeze, you even have Gulf Front views from the Kitchen.  You can also see the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying the community pool that is shared with only 3 other homes.

Ocean Breeze has upscale furnishings and appointments throughout this new executive home to enhance your beach vacation, including granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, custom tiled showers.  And having been renting vacationers ourselves before becoming beach home owners and property managers, we strive to ensure the kitchen, as well as the rest of the home is very well stocked so that you do not need to load a  uhaul for your trip to the beach.  We understand that vacations are supposed to be for STRESS Relief, - and not full of unpleasant surprises.


Located approx 2 miles from the entrance to St Josephs State Park, there is a very wide and beautiful white sand beach just a few steps from your door.


Ocean Breeze can be set up as either a 4 or 5 Bedroom home that sleeps 12 in beds.  It has 2 Gulf Front King master suites, a GF Queen bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds that also have it's own private bath. Finally there is an additional room with a Trundle Bed.

There is also a back deck that overlooks the pool area and it provides good views of the bay.  The picture of the community pool to the left was taken from the back deck of Ocean Breeze.

And for those special little beach visitors,  a pack and play crib and high chair can also be provided.

Once you're on the decks and see the views and color of the gulf water as a pod of dolphins cruise past, you'll think you have found paradise.

Attention all nature lovers, bird and wildlife watchers and my personal favorite, those who LOVE TO FISH!! The months of Sept, Oct and Nov are absolutely Awesome for these activities. Both Surf and Offshore Fishing are unbelievably great in the fall; no kidding, sometimes you will get tired of catching them and put the pole down to go stroll.



Activities and Attractions: -- Watching Sunsets from the decks, inside the home or on the beach. Shelling, dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoing, hiking, bird watching, nature loving. Water sports rentals are available right on Cape San Blas. Golf is within 20 minutes, Choose from a multitude of great dining locations within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Numerous Charter Fishing operators from 10 to 30 minutes.
