Located within the upscale & very popular SeaGrass community. With 4 bedrooms and 3 master suites, Sea Breeze Manor is prefect for large families or two families vacationing together. 

The Seagrass community is located on the north Cape and when you stroll down to the beach, if you turn right, there is approx 1/2 mile of powder soft white beach that has not been developed with homes yet, so finding your own private beach spot for the day is not only easy to do, it's hard to not do.


With high end stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cooking and serving wear, you will enjoy preparing the daily meals, or if you prefer, going out to dine at one of many local restaurants. 

The SeaGrass community also has a nice community pool area with club house for those that enjoy meeting others and socializing while the kids swim and make new friends.  And of course, the beach area in SeaGrass is the same powder white soft sand that all of the beautiful Cape San Blas beach areas are famous for.


Bed configurations are:  King Master suite with it's own private sitting area, Queen Master suite, Full Bedroom and a very large bedroom with a set of bunks, 2 additional twins and its own bathroom.
