Sunset Seas  - This is a great unit that has never been on the rental market before and is in pristine condition. Very nicely decorated, is an end unit that has great views of the Gulf of Mexico from the decks and bay windows that overlook the half mile of dunes and beach in the undeveloped land to the northwest of us. The dune walk over to our beautiful white sand beaches is less than 150 feet away from the courtyard door and the huge pool is just a few steps away.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with their own full bath & TV complete with DVD players. The King Master BR suite and living area have VCR's too. The King Master BR furniture & bed are brand new as of 5/10/07 and the bathroom has a huge Jacuzzi tub. The 2'nd bedroom has 2 twins, the 3rd bedroom is a queen master suite and the 4'th bedroom has another set of twins that could be moved together for another king if needed.

The kitchen is very well stocked with all brand new small appliances and dishware / cookwear, and will be maintained with everything one would need for preparing meals. There is also wireless high speed internet and free long distance phone service for your convenience

Have someone with accessibility issues, this townhome also has a private elevator which services all floors.  The elevator is also great when checking in and out, as well as bring groceries into the home.

Attention all nature lovers, bird and wildlife watchers and my personal favorite, those who LOVE TO FISH!! The months of Sept, Oct and Nov are absolutely Awesome for these activities. Both Surf and Offshore Fishing are unbelievably great in the fall; no kidding, sometimes you will get tired of catching them and put the pole down to go stroll.
