"Tranquil Seas" is a beautiful new executive 4 bedroom Gulf View home with a private pool, professionally landscaped and much more privacy than most beach homes offer. With upscale furnishings, great views of the water and Sunsets views from both inside the home and from its two very large decks, you can't go wrong with Tranquil Seas. Watch & listen to the waves while having your morning coffee, and enjoy beautiful sunsets from the decks with your cool drink of choice in hand in the evening.

Located within the upscale & very popular SeaGrass community on Cape San Blas, Tranquil Seas also offers considerable more privacy than most Gulf View rental homes. With panoramic gulf views and 3100 sq feet of living space, this home is prefect for large families or two families vacationing together, yet you will never feel cramped.   Tranquil Seas has 2 master bedroom suites, - Master BR 2 is big, but Master BR 1 is absolutely huge; Master BR 1’s bathroom is also huge and has a jetted tub & separate large glass shower. The Living room, Dining room & Master BR 1 also all face the gulf waters and have large windows and glass french doors to enhance the views from inside the home and to provide easy access to the large decks.



Your Living room for your vacation stay has a 42" plasma TV and this home has a kitchen that is a gourmet cooks dream! Granite counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances complete with convection oven and an abundance of cooking and serving wear. Living room, dining room and kitchen have hand scraped hardwood floors, entry, baths and showers are tiled and the bedrooms have some of the softest carpet your feet will every walk on.

And if you get tired of lounging in your private pool, the SeaGrass community also has a nice community pool area with club house  for those that enjoy meeting others and socializing while the kids swim and make new friends.  And of course, the beach area at SeaGrass is the same powder white soft sand that all of the beautiful Cape San Blas beach areas are known for.

Bed configurations are:  Separate & Private King Master, with it's own covered deck; - separate & private Queen Master, additional Queen and Dual bunk bedrooms, and a separate day bed room that can also sleep additional guest.  Yes, Tranquil Seas and our beaches are also pet friendly for well behaved canines, please inquire if you want to bring that special family member along too.  Tranquil Seas also offers a crib and High Chair for those smaller beach visitors.
